Product Analyst - Reiter Affialted Companies LLC

I spent six months working on a team of business consultants and scientists to strategize an innovative product road map with potential revenues of $30M, including strategic market analysis, financial projections, and in-depth consumer research with surveys, interviews, and third-party business research tools. We worked closely with senior product managers at R.A.C., meeting throughout Q1 of 2020 in person, and then continuing our work remotely in Q2 when COVID-19 imposed restrictions on our flow. Ultimately, we delivered our insights and ad-hoc analyses to R.A.C. executives, including CEO Hector Lujan, through a series of presentations. We were awarded for dedication by our academic advisor, UC San Diego professor Amy Nguyen-Chyung.

Marketing Analyst - University of California Health Milk Bank

I leaped on the opportunity to work with Southern California's first milk bank on a comprehensive marketing analysis under the mentor-ship of tenured UC San Diego professor Vish Krisnan. I recruited a team from Rady's student body and collaborated to produce quantitative and qualitative analyses based on market research, including donor surveys and pipeline analysis. Ultimately, we delivered our findings to Director Lisa Stellwagen in a consultancy kit, which has since developed an online CRM system to expedite the approval process to as little as 2 weeks.

Diversity & Inclusion Business Panel - The Network @RadyQ

I organized and hosted a panel for Rady School of Management on behalf of the LGBTQ+ student resource group in conjunction with the women's group featuring Human Resources leaders from businesses in San Diego, including Teradata, LPL Financial, Classy.org, Northwestern Mutual, and BD.

I was contracted to provided employee experience and strategic communications project management to the final phase of a multiyear, $3 billion acquisition by Qualcomm Inc. of a joint venture with TDK to bolster the San Diego telecom giant's RFFE division. I worked with a core team of senior managers, directors, and consultants, on Human Resources change management projects, collaborating across functions and internationally with teams in China, Germany, and Singapore.
